professoralbusdumbledore:

when you hate your legs
remember that they carried you through the hardest parts of your life. they get you out of bed every day and take you to what you love.

when you hate your stomach
remember that it helped you gain strength. it holds the memories of deep laughter and great meals. it is full of warmth and joy.

when you hate your arms
remember that they are strong, which makes you strong. but they are also soft and can be used to cuddle and hold the ones you love.

yogachz:

Don’t downplay the smiles that come easy. The big laughs, the small smirks; sometimes in our world, the hardest thing to realize, is happiness. Have you taken time to connect with what makes you happy, just because IT MAKES YOU HAPPY? We are so busy, so go, run, now! That we feel the need to fill our lives with reasons to do something. Is “just because it makes you happy” a good enough reason for you? With anything - do you find yourself making “excuses” to do something, to ALLOW yourself the time? Do it for no reason, none at all, except for your own unapologetic happiness. You do deserve it. And time? What is time at all if we aren’t happy?
